Do you have a customer referral program?

The short answer is yes we do!!! Have friends, family or colleagues that you think could benefit from our services please have them reach out and reference your name.  After 5 completed referral trips receive 1 trip at 50% off the standard rate, after 10 completed referral trips receive 1 trip FREE (exclusions apply) 

What if I am not satisfied with Luxe 216?

Customer satisfaction is our NUMBER ONE PRIORITY , if for any reason you're not fully happy with your services please reach out so we can have a discussion on how to make it right.

Is smoking or vaping permitted?

Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted inside the vehicle 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following; Credit/debit cards using our secure Square payment platform, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App and the age old cold hard cash
